subject Church Mouse: World Youth Day
Dear Church Mouse,
I am a Young Catholic from the NeoCatechumenal Way. I am coming to Sydney in July 2008 for World Youth Day and with 40 young people from the NeoCatechumenal Way from my PArish here in the United States of America.
I admired your passion and work for the Aboriginal People in Australia, but I think you are using your Church for Political reasons. The Church is not a Politcal platform nor a Political Institution. The CHurch in Australia will hopefully change after World Youth Day!
I hope we can bring pilgrims from the NeoCatechumenal Way to the Parish and do some evangelization but also from other countries like Chile, Brazil, Spain, Italy, the Philippines and several other Countries. Yes we are coming the Pope is coming! I hope the process of dissident in the Church will not be tolerated in July!

ITs ashame you twisted my words and think that we are all bad people.
I guess that World Youth Day comes up you all could use some solidarity.
Look, I am thrilled that you work with the Aborigones of Australia, But why the “Spirit of HAtred” and “pride”
Its amazing how folks like you like to use Christ as some “Political” icon like Che Gueverra but WE don’t have the love of Christ is your hearts?
You quote Christ but following his teachings, right? That goes for anybody in the Church.
But to persecute a group of people seems kind of shallow.
Don’t worry World Youth DAy is coming and I hope we Young People coming from all over the world can change the minds of hearts of Australians.
Also your purpose of writing my post for everyone to see lets you all down and your cause is also let down.
If you really think about you all represent Australia think about all of the Young People from different countries coming to Australia. You don’t want to embarrass your country of Australia. Where is the hospitality and “tolerance” that Australians are known for? Just by looking at the website and posting my writings make Australians stuck up and really ignorant. I hope when the young people of the world come I hope they don’t get that impression? I mean you represent your country Australia right? Then show it!
Also feel free to post that for the public to see, if you don’t then this proves your ignorance and getting the impression that Australians are not “tolerant” and charming as they claim to be. Feel free to post that!
But if you don’t, don’t worry Young people like myself will contact you daily until you get tired of us!
